This site sells one digital product: The Jade Casket Almanac 2027, a PDF calendar. This page explains what happens to personal data when you visit the site or buy the file.

Who we are

Jade Casket Press is an independent publisher. For any question about this policy, write to songjiq1010@gmail.com.

What we collect

• If you only read the site: nothing that identifies you. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics profiles.
• If you buy: your email address, the country of your payment method, and the order record (product, amount, date, tax). Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page and are not stored by us.
• If you write to us: your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

Who processes the order

Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, issues the receipt, handles refunds, and collects and remits any sales tax, VAT, or GST that applies in your country. Creem's own privacy notice governs the data it collects at checkout.

Why we hold it

• To deliver the file you bought and to re-send the download link if you lose it.
• To answer support questions and handle refunds.
• To keep the accounting records that tax law requires us to keep.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Support emails are deleted within twenty-four months of the last reply.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• We do not ask for your birth date, your location, or any information about your personal circumstances. The product does not use them.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to songjiq1010@gmail.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the additional rights those laws grant you, and we honour them on the same request.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The checkout page of our payment provider may set cookies needed to process a payment; those are described in that provider's own policy.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider. The provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability, as every web host does.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
